These service pages are intended for members of trial teams who use systems (eCRF and/or randomization systems) for data collection in clinical trials for which KKS Heidelberg Account Support manages access.
First and foremost, you can apply for study-specific access on our service pages. You can also use our contact form to request support if your account is blocked or if you need to make changes to one of your study-specific accounts, for example if your e-mail address has changed or you have taken on a different role within a study.
